Instruction

Many people think that ski lessons are only for beginners, and therefore not an essential part of their skiing holiday. However, continual monitoring and improvement is important for all levels of skier/boarder. So whether you are a complete beginner, a nervous skier/boarder, have reached that intermediate ‘plateau’, or really want to improve your bumps/powder technique, we have a great solution!

For the past six years, we’ve worked with independent British Ski School, Supreme Ski, who we have found professional and consistent throughout, with excellent feedback from all our guests. Offering both Group and Private instruction for kids and adults alike, all instructors speak native English (well, Scottish mainly!!), and are bang up to date with the latest teaching techniques. You can be sure that your skiing will improve, and that you’ll also have lots of fun in a safe environment.

Orientation/guiding

We offer a free half/full day’s local ski orientation to all Exceptional Ski clients who are confident on red runs and above. Just to get you started! We also work with several highly-qualified Mountain Guides, for very competent skiers/boarders wishing to tackle something a bit more adventurous, and would be happy to recommend and book one for you.

Lift Passes

To ensure a smooth transition from your arrival in resort to getting on the piste, we offer a lift pass pre-booking service. We can help you decide what type of pass will be best for you, based on ability and experience, and they will be ready for you on arrival. Beats queuing at the pass office any day!

Ski and Snowboard Hire

We use various excellent ski and snowboard hire suppliers in all levels of Courchevel that we have handpicked for their service and efficiency, as well as quality of equipment and proximity to accommodation. We will accompany you to the nearest of these on arrival in resort, and in most cases are able to offer our guests a substantial discount when equipment is pre-booked online.
