Hotel de la Croisette
Set in the very heart of the village, just 30m away from the main lift station; the Hotel de la Croisette is a small, friendly hotel, which also hosts Bar Le Jump - probably the most popular après-ski venue in the resort among Brits.Under new management for the past two seasons, the Croisette is perfect for anyone who wants to be at the very centre of the action.
Accommodation in the 18 recenty refurbished rooms is on a bed and breakfast basis, enabling guests to take advantage of the numerous quality restaurants of which Courchevel is justly proud.
There is also a very cosy private guests’ lounge downstairs, where residents can slip away from the crowd and enjoy afternoon tea or drinks at the end of a hard day’s skiing.
On the other hand, Le Jump gets very sparky once the lifts close and is a great place to start and/or finish the evening. The bar also serves very reasonably priced and tasty lunches and has a small terrace to relax on as well as a warm Savoyard interior. Premiership football and Six Nations rugby matches are also shown live in the bar.
In short, La Croisette is perfect for those who enjoy a spirited atmosphere, the convenience of being slap bang in the middle of the resort, a dozen paces from the piste and would want to sample different restaurants in the evenings. Eminently suitable for groups on a weekend ski break.
