Villa Bois de Chenes

Set back from the main coast road between Fréjus and St Tropez, Villa Bois de Chenes is set in a natural dip, surrounded by trees. This affords a much higher level of privacy and feeling of seclusion than might be expected, given the large number of villas visible from the main road.

It comfortably sleeps ten people in five bedrooms: two doubles, two twins and a good-sized bunk-room. There are three bathrooms (one ensuite) with separate WCs on the ground and top floors.

Situated about 3km from Saint Aygulf, this is the perfect spot to relax on your summer break. Away from the hurly-burly of the larger towns, while being a 15-minute (1km) walk from the nearest beaches, and within easy reach of all amenities.

The villa features a fully-fitted kitchen with 4-hob oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine/iron for guests’ use. The living / dining area has a large dining table which seats ten, plus a comfy sofa and armchairs, CD/DVD, and TV with UK Freesat channels available.

French doors lead from the lounge to the large, covered, Provençal tiled patio overlooking the pool. There is an outdoor dining table and ten chairs, together with a useful built-in BBQ and food preparation area – plus the all-important drinks fridge!

The good-sized 10m x 5m, L-shaped swimming pool (1m-2.5m deep) is surrounded by a paved area, complete with two large parasols and seven sun-loungers to relax on before or after a dip. The pool is fenced, with a child-proof gate, and fully complies with French child-safety legal requirements.

There is also a private, gated drive with parking for three cars.
